Custom FPCB for Electric Motorcycle Battery Pack
Structurally, this FPCB model consists of a connector, flexible PCB (FPC), insulation layer, nickel strips, double-sided adhesive, and other components. Compared with traditional wiring harnesses, it is lighter, thinner, and easier to layout within the compact space of a battery pack.
One end of the FPCB connector connects to the BMS, while the nickel strip end is laser-welded to the battery pack busbar, transmitting collected signals to the BMS (Battery Management System). This design enables standardized, automated mass production, significantly improving efficiency and reducing product defect rates.
